Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed during weekends or bank holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking details.

UK Shipping Methods

All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail tracked delivery. Available options are shown at checkout:

• Royal Mail Tracked 24 – aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch.
• Royal Mail Tracked 48 – aims to deliver within 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and delivery address. Please check that your delivery details are correct before completing your purchase.

We want you to be completely happy with your PawDry dog grooming products and pet accessories. If you change your mind, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Products must be unused, undamaged and returned in their original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.
